How to use the suction pump

The usage method of a suction pump usually includes the following steps:
Preparation phase
Ensure that the suction pump is placed on a stable surface and connected to the adapter and tubing, making sure the connection is secure.
Pre startup inspection
Check if there is friction or inflexible rotation in the suction pump. For self-priming pumps with suspension oil chambers, check the oil level in the suspension oil chamber to see if it is within the specified range. Fully open the inlet valve, open the water injection valve to inject water into the pump to completely discharge the gas inside the pump, and close the outlet valve and pressure gauge plug.
start
Start the motor, open the pressure gauge plug, check if the pressure gauge pointer is in the correct position, open the vacuum gauge plug, and slowly open the outlet valve. The position of the pressure gauge pointer will change with the size of the outlet valve opening. When the pressure gauge pointer points to the required position for the desired working condition, stop adjusting the size of the outlet valve.
Use
Place the suction head at the location where gas needs to be extracted, start extraction, and after extraction is complete, turn off the power switch, first remove the suction head, then remove the tube and suction head, and clean them thoroughly.
shutdown
Slowly close the water outlet valve, close the vacuum gauge plug, cut off the power, and finally close the pressure gauge plug. For self-priming pumps running in series, the last stage pump should be turned off first when stopping.
It should be noted that during use, the water source should be sufficient and the water flow should be smooth to avoid affecting the normal use of the pump. After use, it is necessary to clean the debris and dirt inside the pump to avoid affecting the next use.
