- Definition: A nail gun is a device that uses compressor gas to quickly push out a nail that is compatible with the gun through the nail inside the gun. Nail guns are generally suitable for connecting furniture or wooden boards.
- Classification of nail guns: mosquito nail gun, straight nail gun, code nail gun, cement steel nail gun.
- Precautions:
a. A water separator should be added in front of the nail gun to keep the air clean and dry.
b. Use pressure range of 4-7KG/GM2 (60-100PSL), not exceeding 8KG/GM2 (100PSL)
c. The outlet of the air compressor must be equipped with a pressure regulating valve and a pressure gauge to ensure stable pressure and safe use.
d. Different operating pressures should be used for workpieces of different hardness and nails of different lengths to ensure the quality of nailing.
e. It is not allowed to empty the gun and install nails or empty it without nails, otherwise it will damage the parts inside the gun prematurely.
f. Do not use a nail gun to hit objects, especially be careful not to fall from a high place, otherwise it will seriously damage the nail gun.
g. The slow travel pad of the nail gun is a vulnerable part and should be inspected carefully. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner, otherwise it will seriously damage the nail gun.
h. Before daily use, 2-3 drops of lubricating oil should be dripped into the air source inlet.
i. It is strictly prohibited to use flammable and explosive gases such as oxygen or high-pressure air compressors as power sources.
