Nail type
- Ordinary fixed nails, also known as round nails with heads, are made of materials such as copper and iron, and are widely used for fixing furniture, packaging wooden boxes, and branch frames
- Headless and round nails, also known as furniture nails, are made of the same material as round nails with heads and are generally used in places where a flat surface is required for nail fixation.
- Floor nail, made of the same material as above, with a concave groove on the head and a threaded body on the appearance.
Generally, there are two types: galvanized and colored zinc, mainly used for nail fixation of wooden floors. Some can also replace ordinary round nails and headless round nails. It is different from the above two types of nails in that it is not easy to loosen and has anti rust ability. The most commonly used specifications for the above nails are 1.5 inches, 2.0 inches, 2.5 inches, and 3.0 inches. - Cement nails, made of steel, can be directly nailed into low-grade concrete, brick masonry, and thin iron plates.
- U-shaped nails, also known as saddle nails, are used to nail copper mesh objects or hang wires inside and outside.
Screw type - There are three types of bolts: cross countersunk head, cross semi countersunk head, cross round head, hexagonal head, and inner hexagonal head. They are made of iron and stainless steel
Copper material, generally the crosshead bolt can be used without a nut and can be directly threaded on the connected object. The characteristic of hexagon socket bolts is that the head is buried in the machine part, the connection strength is high, and they are commonly used as machine tool accessories. - There are hexagonal nuts, nylon fastening nuts, and butterfly nuts, among which nylon nuts are used to prevent loosening and are often used for parts with high vibration. The characteristic of butterfly nuts is that they are used on some parts that often require disassembly and assembly and have low connection strength.
- The washer has a flat retaining ring and a spring washer. The flat washer is placed under the nut to prevent the surface of the machine from being scratched and reduce the pressure on the nut per unit area of the machine. The function of the spring washer is to prevent the nut from loosening.
Screw type - Wooden screws, made of iron or copper materials, used for fixing metal parts or other items with general wood.
- Fiberboard screws, made of steel, are mainly characterized by their cross countersunk heads and large heads, which facilitate their fixation on high-density fiberboards.
- Self tapping screws and wall panel screws are characterized by their ability to be directly used to connect thinner iron sheets or plastic products.
- Drill tail self tapping screws and temple wrench screws. The main feature of drill tail self tapping screws is the ability to directly set the blade. The wall wrench screws are characterized by pockmarks and are used to fix the surface of the wrench that needs to be painted. They are designed to withstand the impact of a monk and paint for a day.
- The most commonly used specifications for self tapping fine wires and wood screws include 3.5X16, 4.0X16, 3.5X30, 40X30, 3.5X35, 4.0X35, 4.0X35, 3.5X40, 4.0X40, etc. The diameter of the previous generations is preferred, and the length is represented by the following numbers.
- Metal expansion screw covers are commonly used for fixing high-strength objects and walls. The specifications include:
6 * 65, 6 * 80, 8 * 110, 12 * 110.
Materials include: iron, stainless steel - External and internal expansion screws are characterized by the ability to connect the inner teeth to suspension rods and screws after expansion, and can fully expand even in situations where the wall is poor.
The above two types, as well as flat head expansion and accumulation threads, are generally used on the surface of the fixed object, requiring an overall aesthetic appearance - Hollow expansion screws are used to fix hollow and hollow wall mounted objects.
- Most of Huiyu’s products sold on site are nylon expansion or rubber particles, which are used in conjunction with silk nails. They are used in situations where the connection strength is not high, with specifications of 6MM, 8MM, and 10MM.
