1、 Wrench

(1) Socket wrench
When disassembling bolts and nuts for vehicle maintenance, socket wrenches should be preferred. When using, hold the socket with one hand to prevent loosening, and turn the handle with the other hand to disassemble bolts or nuts.
(2) Plum wrench
The plum blossom wrench is suitable for disassembling and assembling bolts and nuts with a diameter of 5-27mm. The two ends of the plum blossom wrench are similar to sockets, with 12 or 6 corners, which can firmly fit the nut head and prevent it from slipping off during operation, making it relatively safe. Therefore, it has a wide range of uses. When disassembling, hold it in the back position for disassembly.
2、 Screwdriver
A screwdriver is a tool used to tighten or loosen slotted screws. According to the different shapes of the head, there are two common types of screwdrivers: flat and plum shaped. When using, the blade end of the screwdriver should be flat and consistent with the width of the screw groove, so that the screwdriver edge matches the screw groove completely. There should be no oil stains on the screwdriver, and the centerline of the screwdriver should be aligned with the centerline of the screw. After turning the screwdriver, the screw can be tightened or loosened.
3、 Jack
Jacks include hydraulic jacks, screw jacks, and hydraulic lifts; Hydraulic jacks are often used in cars, and there are two common types of hydraulic jacks: vertical and horizontal. Before using the jack, tighten the switch and pad the wheels with triangular wood; When used on soft road surfaces, wooden blocks should be placed under the jack; Place the jack in place, align it with the top part, use a pry bar to continuously press the handle, and lift the heavy object. Sometimes use it together with a horse stool. When it falls back, it is forbidden to work under the vehicle; Slowly loosen the switch, and the heavy object will slowly fall down.
4、 Shock absorber spring clip
When using the shock absorber spring clip, firmly clamp both ends of the spring and place the two spring clips symmetrically. Use a wrench to turn the screw. Note that the two spring clips should be tightened synchronously.
5、 Lamar
Lamar is commonly used for disassembling bearings, pulleys, etc. There are two common types: two claw and three claw. When using a Lamar, first choose the appropriate position according to the size of the pulled part to ensure that the Lamar’s claw is fixed, and then use a wrench to turn the screw.
