10 common types of wrenches

A wrench is a commonly used tool in daily life, ranging from large machinery and vehicles to small household appliances, and its presence is not difficult to see in repairs. A wrench is a manual tool that uses the principle of leverage to turn bolts, screws, nuts, and other threaded fasteners. Most wrenches are made of structural steel made of carbon or alloy materials, and have openings or holes for tightening bolts and nuts at one or both ends of the handle. 1、 Dumb wrench

Generally, a wrench is made of high-quality medium carbon steel or high-quality alloy steel forged as a whole, which is easy to operate, structurally stable, and has strong impact resistance. It is suitable for use in small spaces with low force.
2、 Plum wrench
A plum blossom wrench refers to a wrench with flower rings on both ends, and the radii of the flower garlands on both ends are different. When holding the handle horizontally, it will be found that the flower garlands on both ends are staggered. The radius of the flower wreath of the plum blossom wrench is divided into different specifications and sizes. When using it, it is necessary to choose the one that matches the size of the bolt and nut. 3、 Dual purpose wrench

4、 Active wrench
A live wrench refers to a tool that can adjust the opening width within a certain range. 8、 Torque wrench
Compared with the above wrenches, torque wrenches are more user-friendly. When tightening bolts and nuts, they can automatically adjust the applied torque. When the torque reaches the set value, a sound will be emitted to remind the operator that it has been tightened and no more force is needed, avoiding damaging the threads due to excessive operating force.
